HOW CAN I INSERT AN ORDER?

Simply register by entering your personal details, filling out the form according to the instructions on the site. Purchase orders must be correctly completed in all their parts.

To purchase an item, simply enter the selected product (s) in the Shopping Cart. You can change the quantity of products at any time.

Once any changes have been made, a screen will appear with the summary of the order (including any delivery costs) with a further confirmation request to proceed.

To conclude the transaction, simply select the desired payment method and confirm the purchase.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Delivery is free in Italy, in other countries is about 14,90€.

WHAT COURIER DO YOU RELY ON?

Our shipments are made by SDA or DHL.

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For available goods we will deliver to the Courier within 5 working days.

Delivery times in the national territory will be equal to 3 working days from delivery to the Courier.

For locations that are difficult to reach (mountain resorts, smaller islands) delivery times will be 6 working days.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

The payment methods possible are:

Through Paypal; choosing this option you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal page at the end of the order, in which you will be able to access your account and then pay directly from your account.

By Bank transfer; below are the data to make the payment.

I HAVE RECEIVED DEFECTIVE GOODS, OR NOT CORRESPONDING WITH HOW MUCH ORDERED. HOW CAN I REPLACE IT?

If the shipped order should contain damaged goods (eg damaged packaging, missing internal pieces, etc.) or different items than requested, we invite you to send an e-mail to our info address within 24 hours of receiving the package. @ sassieditore.it, with photographic documentation relating to damaged or non-compliant goods.

The e-mail must also contain the reference of the order and shipping number.

Once we receive the documentation, we will refund the cost of the goods or send a replacement copy at our expense.

I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER A PRODUCT SEEN IN CATALOG OR IN A STORE, BUT I CANNOT FIND IT ON THE SITE. HOW CAN I DO?

If an item is not present or is indicated as Unavailable, it is likely to be completely out of stock or temporarily not available from the warehouse.
