Deliveries
Shipments take place within 48 hours (excluding working days) of order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the period and the courier company itself, which generally delivers in 1-2 business days from the time the package is entrusted to it.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with a schedule of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Upon arrival of the merchandise, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package appears to be tampered with or if the tape is not intact, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. If correctly ordered products are missing from the package, Customers are asked to contact Sassi Editore at assistenza@sassijunior.com and Sassi Editore will send the missing books or refund them.
In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to report the incident immediately by writing to assistenza@sassijunior.com
Any notes written by the Customer when ordering (delivery at certain locations and times) will be reported to the courier company. It is at the discretion of the latter to accommodate such requests.
If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer from Sassi Editore.
Sassi Editore agrees to bear the shipping costs and to make the return only if the goods are defective. In the event that the customer wishes to replace the purchased product, shipping costs to Sassi Editore will be borne by the purchaser. Complimentary products subject to promotions are not subject to return unless they are damaged. Returns can be made up to 30 days after the date of the order.
All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Sassi Editore and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests return to sender any shipping charges, charged to Sassi Editore, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
