Mulberry is a little worm wrapped in a frothy cocoon, dreaming sugary dreams while hanging on a mulberry branch. One morning, however, a storm snatches him from the tree, blowing him far away. It is found by a child, who takes it back to its branch and looks after it until, one day, a butterfly emerges from the cocoon. The two are finally able to look into each other's eyes: a look that encompasses all the wonder of their unusual friendship.
